RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

PLEASE CHECK THE CONTENT AND STATUS AND FUNCTIONALITY OF THE BOOKS, PRODUCTS OR ARTICLES IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING THEM.

If you detect any anomaly or defect of origin, please contact us immediately. We will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible without incurring any additional expense.

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within the next 14 days after delivery of the package to the recipient or to a third party indicated by you. In this case you can exchange for other products or return 100% of the value of the books, products or items of your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify ORYX of your decision with an unequivocal statement in writing and sent by e-mail or letter by mail prior to the effective return of the purchased product to which ORYX will respond by the same means authorizing the return.

 

As established in Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Legislative Royal Decree 1 / 2007, of November 16, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

a) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.

b) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

c) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

d) The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or of sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.

 

The customer will be responsible for the costs of return of the product and will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. Therefore, we request that the products to be returned are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transport problems, please ensure that the package is properly protected and sealed.

 

All changes and / or refunds of payments will be made once ORYX has checked the status of books, products or items returned within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the return and by the same means as payment has been made by the client.

 

If the product is not in good condition and the causes are not because of the customer, it will be entitled to return the product, informing ORYX of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, and at no cost to the customer. The return due to defect or bad condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal. ORYX undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with conditions accepted at the time of sale.

 

In the case of opting for the exchange for another product, ORYX will generate a credit note for the client when he wishes to change a book, product or article that will be canceled when a new order is processed if it equals or exceeds the value of the Credit note. The credit notes will have an expiration of 6 months from the date of issue.
