Shipping Systems
Oryx works with different companies to cover its customers' shipments: Correos, GLS, DHL Express, CBL and NACEX (the last two exclusively for shipments from our external warehouse).
These are the transits and delivery times of the companies according to their destination:
• By courier with delivery in 1-2 days from the moment Oryx notifies the shipment and online tracking, with destination Catalonia, mainland Spain, Balearic Islands and Portugal.
• By Correos Paq Standard, with delivery in 2-3 days from the time Oryx notifies the shipment and online tracking, with destination Catalonia and mainland Spain.
• Shipments to the Canary Islands with Correos Paq Standard, with delivery in 7 - 10 days from when Oryx notifies the shipment and online tracking.
• Courier shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, with delivery in 3 - 5 days after Oryx notifies the shipment and online tracking.
• By courier contracted by the customer, assuming the cost and exempting Oryx from responsibility for any incident in the delivery.
The website automatically calculates the shipping costs based on the weight of the products. However, in some cases, due to the weight and volume of an order, the shipping costs may be adjusted after the order has been processed. If this happens, we will inform you clearly and in detail of the new shipping cost before proceeding with the payment so that you can confirm it.
If you are planning to purchase very heavy or bulky material, it is always better to contact us for a quotation rather than ordering directly from the website.

General conditions
There is no limitation on the scope of delivery of the products offered on the website.
In case of delay in delivery you have to contact our customer service and we will try to locate your shipment and give you the necessary indications for its reception.
If your shipment is lost, ORYX will reship the ordered products as soon as possible.
Due to the different tax regime of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, ALL shipments will be accompanied by an invoice WITHOUT VAT. The recipient will have to pay customs clearance fees and local taxes at the time of delivery.
For shipments outside the European Union, the cost of customs and other taxes are also payable by the customer.
In the event of obvious damage or breakage of the package during transport, it is VERY IMPORTANT that the recipient notes this incident on the delivery receipt and whenever possible, before opening the package, take a photograph in the presence of the courier. Whenever the incident occurs during transport, *ORYX will be responsible and will reship the products or articles affected.
