When receiving an order, it is carefully analyzed to try to detect errors or incongruities in which the client has inadvertently incurred. In the shipments we make through couriers, we track 100% of our shipments by checking online with the couriers used to deliver each package. It is our responsibility that the package and its contents arrive in perfect condition to the recipient. If you detect any anomaly of origin in the order please contact us immediately (in bad condition, with some breakage, wrong product, wrong amount, wrong price or billing). We will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible without incurring any additional expense
IMPORTANT: we do not accept incidents in relation to the shipment after 3 working days after receiving the package.
Orders can be canceled without any penalty except in those that are specifically indicated at the time of receiving the order confirmation.

VAT
All prices that appear in ORYX are in € and include the current VAT corresponding to the type of item. All sales are made with VAT included except the following cases:

Payment and billing conditions
As a general rule, payments are made in cash by any of the systems available in Systems or payment methods. For customers with an open account, deferred payment is accepted up to 30 days from the invoice date (as established by current legislation). By means of a prior agreement, higher terms can be established accruing a monthly interest, included in advance in the price of the items until the established expiration date.
ORYX will issue a physical invoice that will be sent and delivered together with the order to the address of the client designated by it, provided the buyer provides the NIF.
Sales invoices ca not be modified after invoicing in compliance with current regulations. The invoice will be issued in the name of the individual or legal entity that places the order, so the client must ensure that the order is placed in the correct name. No subsequent changes will be possible.
For reasons of protection of personal data, only invoice duplicates will be issued to the person holding the invoice. No duplicates will be issued to third parties. Once the guarantee period has expired, no more duplicate invoices can be issued.
Delivery of the purchased product
The delivery of the products will be made in the store itself or at the delivery address established at the time of the order. Shipments will be made according to the delivery systems established in Systems and shipping rates and the established deadlines must be considered.

The order will be delivered at the address designated at the time of contracting by the customer. The subsequent modification of the place of delivery requested by the customer will only be possible before the order leaves our warehouses and will generate additional costs on the sale price that will be at the expense of the buyer. Modification of the delivery address once the order is delivered to the carrier will not be possible unless the customer assumes the expenses and thus expressly agreed previously. Shipments of the products are covered by insurance against transport risks, loss and handling during transport.

Subscription to ORYX magazine
1. Field of application
These conditions regulate the annual subscription to the ORYX magazine through the weboryx.com website or any other channel authorised by the publisher.
2. Modality and price
The subscription available through weboryx.com is exclusively for the physical version (paper magazine). The price includes the corresponding taxes, as well as shipping costs within the territory specified in the purchase form.
3. Payment method and automatic renewal
The subscription payment is made at the time of contracting, using the payment methods available on the website.
By subscribing, the customer expressly authorizes the automatic and recurring charge of the amount corresponding to each annual renewal, in accordance with the prices and conditions in effect published on the website at the time of contracting.
This charge will be made automatically to the bank card provided by the customer, unless the customer has previously requested cancellation of the renewal.
The automatic renewal can be cancelled at any time before the first issue of the new subscription period is sent. Once dispatch has started, the cancellation will only take effect from the next period onwards.

4. Delivery and deadlines
The magazine will be sent to the address provided by the customer at the time of contracting. ORYX is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
The subscription will begin with the next issue that is published after the order has been correctly processed.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current consumer legislation and Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, counted from the date of subscription, provided the service has not yet begun.
For ORYX magazine, the service is considered to have begun once the first issue has been shipped. By accepting these terms, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the shipment may occur within the withdrawal period, and in that case, waives the right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within the next 14 days after delivery of the package to the recipient or to a third party indicated by you. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify ORYX of your decision with an unequivocal statement in writing and sent by e-mail or letter by mail prior to the effective return of the purchased product to which ORYX will respond by the same means authorizing the return.

The customer will be responsible for the costs of return of the product and will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
