REPAIR SERVICE

 

ORYX is on charge of managing the repair with the official repair services of any product that our customers have purchased through the ORYX store or the website www.weboryx.com.

ORYX reserves the option of not accepting repairs for products not purchased at ORYX.

In addition to the cost of the repair, in any case ORYX will NOT be responsible for the shipping costs generated between the customer and ORYX, between ORYX and the official repair service, between the official repair service and ORYX, and between ORYX and the customer.

 

To request a repair, you must follow the following steps:

1. Fill out the web form

2. Wait for confirmation by ORYX, if considered so, of the acceptance of the repair

3. Send the product to be repaired following the instructions provided when filling out the form

 

With the information provided to the form, ORYX will generate a web order with a repair number. This number will be needed for all inquiries during the repair process.

It is essential to fill out the web form prior to the start of the management of any repair, also in cases where the customer has planned to bring the product to be repaired in the store. No repair will be processed without completing the repair form on the web and creating the corresponding order with its repair tracking number.

 

Products under warranty

All products sold through the ORYX store enjoy a minimum two-year warranty. The warranty covers defects in construction or materials, but does not cover misuse, blows and other accidents that the product may receive, nor simple wear from use and the passage of time. In all cases, it is the manufacturer who defines the duration (if it is greater than 2 years) and the terms of the warranty and specifies it in the corresponding warranty card included in the product packaging. ORYX only acts as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer's technical service; therefore, it does not intervene in the manufacturer's assessment of whether or not a repair should be covered by the product warranty. The warranty does not cover in any case the shipping costs of the product between the customer and ORYX, between ORYX and the technical service, between the technical service and ORYX and between ORYX and the customer.

The repairs carried out by the official technical services of the manufacturers have a 6-month warranty or a longer period if the manufacturer's technical service has established so.
