Credit or Debit Cards

We accept most of the most used cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, 6000, etc.). Thanks to the online payment platform "Cyberpac" of the CAIXABANK, card payments made on weboryx.com are secure (SSL). Your card details are entered directly at the payment authorization center where, after checking the card details, ORYX is authorized to charge your order value. Your card data is not entered or registered on any ORYX server.

When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a validation code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA card or MASTERCARD Depending on the card issuer, it will also require that you enter an additional code that you will receive on your mobile phone or that it appears on a card provided by your bank branch, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the card transaction.

When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the holder may ask for the immediate cancellation of the charge. In this case, the corresponding debit and refund entries in the accounts of the supplier and the holder will be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase had been effectively made by the cardholder and the demand for return was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the customer will remain obligated against ORYX to compensate for damages caused as a result of the cancellation.

We do NOT accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Pre-payment by bank transfer

Prior to confirmation of the shipment of the package by ORYX. For orders over € 1,000 this is the most appropriate payment system. Bank transfer must be made when the order is ready to be sent. The account available to customers is at CaixaBank and its full IBAN number is ES64 2100 0992 3102 0007 3953. The account holder is EQUIP BARCELONA 92 S.L., the fiscal name of ORYX.

It is very important that when making the bank transfer the customer indicates in the subject the order number, as well as his name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the date of confirmation of the order to be able to validate it. If you wish, you can send us the proof by e-mail to oryx@weboryx.com. In any case, the payment of the order will not be considered effective until our account department has a bank confirmation of it.

Payment must be made in EUROS and all possible exchange and bank fees are at your expense. ORYX will not send the order until you receive the full amount.

Cash on delivery

Anchor This system is only available in shipments by courier and carries an additional expense that will be reflected in your order before the completion.

Order cost up to 70€:                     3,50 €

Order cost from 70 to 100€:        5,00 €

Order cost from 100 to 200€:      10,00 €

Order cost from 200 to 300€:      15,00 €

Order cost from 300 to 400€:      20,00 €

Open account

The administrations, public companies and other customers with whom the corresponding agreement is established can make the payment by bank transfer within 30 days of the receipt of the product (term officially established in the current Spanish and European legislation). In these cases, the orders will be required to be communicated by means of an official form or communication of the institution indicating the order number, the name of the person responsible for the order and their phone number, the name of the person responsible for paying the order and his phone number, billing and delivery address, the NIF and any other information that should appear in the heading of the invoice, the form and term of payment.
