NEW WEBSITE!

During this last months, we have been working for a complete renovation on our new website, so we can offer a better presentation of our products and an more efficient shopping experience to users.

The new website has a completely renovated design and comes with many improvements. Among them we want to highlight the following:

HOME

Through the sliders, the dynamic horizontal slides of the central part, it will be possible to access information of general interest and related to new activities and ORYX's products.

And with the banners, the static and rectangular images that you will find below, we will offer product selections related to utilities, topics, activities, etc.

HOW TO SEARCH PRODUCTS AND BOOKS

The current search engine recognizes synonyms and translations of the words used.

You can select a word from the dropdown that appears in the initial part of the search engine to restrict the search to all the products that contain it and that contain the word that the user puts after.

Once we are browsing within one of the families of articles on the web: BOOKSHOP, OPTICS, EQUIPMENT or GARDEN NATURE, in the left column of the screen you will find a filter system that will allow you to narrow your searches much more effectively.

USER REGISTRATION

En la nueva web, para poder hacer un pedido será imprescindible estar registrado. Para los nuevos usuarios, simplemente habrá que seguir los pasos habituales. Los muchos usuarios que ya estaban registrados en la antigua web, por el hecho que su registro se hizo conforme a la ley de protección de datos vigente, deberán renovar su contraseña con la actual web. Si no, sus datos no serán accesibles y tendrán que volver a registrarse de nuevo. NEW SHIPPING COSTS

CHAT

With the new website, we want to offer a  short and instant messaging system that will work from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Throughout this time from Monday to Friday, at ORYX there will be someone who can answer questions and provide information.

WE VALUE THE LOYALTY OF OUR CLIENTS

Also, with the new website, we have implemented a system that rewards customers who want to make new orders. In each order, the user will receive a number of points proportional to the value of the purchase he has made. The number of points may be different depending on the type of product purchased. Once purchase is completed, the points obtained can be used as a discount of the next order or they can be accumulated to achieve a larger discount after a certain number of orders.

PROMOTIONS

And finally, we will program promotions for certain products or during a specific period or because of the launch of a new book or product. As registered users, you will receive detailed information about the promotions and the codes that will have to be used when ordering to get all the advantages of each promotion.
